own bedroom- lots of closet space- and lots of closet space in the house in general
washer/dryer
share of the space in the garage
cable modem/routers already here
a deck, yard and an ocean view from every room practically
Share of a large office- they could bring 2 more comouters and it would be ok
me- a fabulous easy going person that just wants common courtesy
2 dogs to play with that are good and well behaved
If they have a green thumb- the backyard has potential
I would be willing to re decorate and integrate this person's things in the mix with my stuff- get rid of some of my stuff plus paint.

I have commuted to south bay and peninsula with out much problem, and I currently commute to SF with ease
Close to half moon bay and Pacifica- shops and restaurants coffee/pizza/great corner store with in walking distance
10 minute walk to beach and tide pools

Landlords are good- we would be actually getting a really good deal on the rent- because normally we would be paying 1500 each- but they are not charging that...

Cats would be ok- but I am not sure we can have any more dogs- maybe one- but we would have to see how well they got along with Groove and Greyley!
