sleep patterns

sorry I am inondating you all today, but I have had this issue..really a subscription is more like it.. heh heh

about my sleeping patterns.

Lately over the past few weeks, I have been going to bed at a reasonable hour, lets say 11:00, and waking up after 3 hours pretty much every night. I will be up for about an hour or 2 trying to go back to sleep- then I will, but maybe for 3-4 hours, then I have to wake up at 7-7:30 for work. It is really disturbing, and my eyes feel really heavy and tired the next day. Coffee does not help that really.

I have been not drinking a lot of tea like I used to at night, and I do not drink a few cups of coffee a day anymore like I used to.

anyone had this issue? what did you do? i do not want to take benzos or sleeping pills if I can help it.
